Catching up

It's been so long since I wrote anything here.

I was very busy this spring with a project creating the promotional materials for a workshop which led to several other related tasks too. I enjoyed exercising my creative muscle with this one even though it took a lot of time and mental energy.

Since that project, I was only able to find time to create one simple scrapbook layout before I got busy with some other family projects. I've been busy knitting cable knit hoodies for 2 granddaughters and one for the new grandson on the way. One granddaughter received hers yesterday and I have to finish the other one by May 7th. At the speed I have to work now, it's a good thing I don't have wooden needles - might be a fire hazard. I'll finish up the one for the new baby ASAP.

Speaking of the new baby. He's all ready to go even though his due date isn't until May 12th. So we're all on standby.

We celebrated our Granddaughter's first birthday yesterday. Got several good photos, so I should be able to come up with a good scrapbook page.
